Bien que la rhinoplastie soit l\u2019une des op\u00e9rations les plus fr\u00e9quemment pratiqu\u00e9es, c\u2019est celle pour laquelle la pollution informationnelle est la plus importante.<\/p>\n

Pr\u00e9paration pr\u00e9op\u00e9ratoire<\/h3>\n

Lors de la premi\u00e8re rencontre avec le patient, on prend connaissance de ses exigences et on essaie de comprendre dans les moindres d\u00e9tails quel type de nez il souhaite. Dans un deuxi\u00e8me temps, le nez du patient est examin\u00e9 en d\u00e9tail et le patient est inform\u00e9 de la forme du nez qui peut appara\u00eetre \u00e0 la fin de l\u2019op\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n

D\u00e9roulement de l\u2019op\u00e9ration<\/h3>\n

Si le patient a un probl\u00e8me respiratoire pour une raison quelconque, une op\u00e9ration respiratoire est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e au cours de la m\u00eame op\u00e9ration. Le patient est op\u00e9r\u00e9 le matin, l\u2019op\u00e9ration dure environ 1 \u00e0 2 heures et de la glace est appliqu\u00e9e sur les yeux apr\u00e8s l\u2019op\u00e9ration. Il est tr\u00e8s probable que le patient ne ressente aucune douleur apr\u00e8s l\u2019op\u00e9ration. Il peut y avoir un l\u00e9ger picotement \u00e0 la place de la douleur.<\/p>\n

Post-op\u00e9ratoire<\/h3>\n

Le patient reste \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4pital pendant une nuit, afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer son confort. Il sort de l\u2019h\u00f4pital le lendemain matin. Apr\u00e8s l\u2019op\u00e9ration, le patient vient pour un contr\u00f4le le 4\u00e8me jour. Aujourd\u2019hui, les attelles \u00e0 canal d\u2019air en silicone ont remplac\u00e9 les tampons en tissu, qui sont nos r\u00eaves effrayants et ceux des patients. Ce changement de technique chirurgicale est r\u00e9volutionnaire. Comme la silicone ne colle ni \u00e0 droite ni \u00e0 gauche, le patient n\u2019a pas mal lorsqu\u2019on le retire, les patients ressentent uniquement la sensation de tirer la silicone par le nez. Apr\u00e8s 6-7 jours, le 2e contr\u00f4le est effectu\u00e9, l\u2019attelle nasale est retir\u00e9e et le ruban adh\u00e9sif est mis \u00e0 sa place. L\u2019\u00e9tape suivante est maintenant le processus naturel de gu\u00e9rison. Au bout d\u2019un mois, le patient est invit\u00e9 dans notre clinique, des photos post-op\u00e9ratoires sont prises et compar\u00e9es avec le patient en les pla\u00e7ant c\u00f4te \u00e0 c\u00f4te avec les photos pr\u00e9op\u00e9ratoires.<\/p>\n
