Malheureusement, la proth\u00e8se mammaire seule peut ne pas \u00eatre suffisante pour certaines patientes. Pour les patientes dont les seins s\u2019affaissent trop, l\u2019utilisation d\u2019une proth\u00e8se mammaire peut \u00eatre source de m\u00e9contentement. Dans ce cas, la proth\u00e8se mammaire doit \u00eatre combin\u00e9e avec le lifting des seins, car l\u2019important est que la patiente ait finalement les seins qu\u2019elle d\u00e9sire apr\u00e8s l\u2019op\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n

L\u2019op\u00e9ration dure environ une heure, et la patiente reste \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4pital pendant une nuit.
